About

At just 22 years old, Ashley Anne is a Virginia Beach native and Nashville-based artist shaping a new kind of country storytelling, one that feels as sun-soaked as it is soul-baring. Influenced by The Beach Boys, ABBA, and Dolly Parton, her music blends coastal ease with emotionally sharp, story-forward songwriting.

She first gained attention with her solo-written viral songs “dear dolly” and “she ain’t texas,” and has since shared stages with Carly Pearce, Max McNown, Charles Wesley Godwin, Avery Anna, Maddox Batson, and Josh Turner. Alongside her work as an artist, Ashley is also a songwriter, with an upcoming cut on Carly Pearce’s next album.

Her latest EP, GENERATIONAL HEARTBREAK, marks her most personal work yet. The result of lessons learned about how deeply her past shaped her after moving to Nashville at 18, GENERATIONAL HEARTBREAK is rooted in songs about Ashley's healing, growth and acceptance. Featuring standout tracks like “Love Looks Like,” “Happy Birthday,” and “Paloma,” the project explores the lasting imprint of childhood experiences on adult relationships. It invites listeners in and gives them a shoulder to lean on, reminding us that we are all more than the things we carry. Ashley has garnered growing support across the country music community, with artists like Ella Langley, Laci Kaye Booth, Carly Pearce, Avery Anna, Carter Faith, and Luke Combs championing her as an artist to watch.
